SMARTCare has been designed to enable Primary Care Trust’s (PCT's) to support the seamless Continuing Care of patients that is an important feature of the future NHS.

This site includes extensive information about the SMARTCare system and includes a registration area for you to gain access to our live online demonstration system.

Smartcare captures and tracks patients through each stage of their care with modules covering patient information, referrals, assessments, funding decisions, care episodes, providers, expenditure’s, budgets, invoices and reports.
